Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By installing Claude Enhancer or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension and do not purchase.
2. Unofficial product
Claude Enhancer is an independent companion for Claude.ai by Fenwick Labs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. Claude.ai remains governed by Anthropic’s terms; you must comply with those terms when using Claude.
3. License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Claude Enhancer for personal or internal business productivity with Claude.ai.
- Free: limited PDF, summary, ZIP, and folders as shown on the pricing page.
- Pro: unlimited exports and folders for one billing email, maximum two Chrome profiles.
4. What the Software does (and does not do)
- Provides folders, notes, Prompt Glow, Fun Mode, and local exports (PDF, summary, code ZIP) for the Claude.ai page you are viewing.
- May show Claude plan / session usage from your Claude.ai account session on claude.ai.
- Does not send messages on your behalf or bypass Anthropic usage limits.
- Does not call Anthropic’s public developer API (
api.anthropic.com) for token counting or chat completion. - Does not claim to be an official Anthropic product.
5. Payments
Pro is sold at $4/month, $40/year, or $80 lifetime (USD), plus 18% GST at checkout. Payments are processed only by PayPal and Razorpay. Card data entered in Razorpay Checkout never touches our servers.
Pro is bound to the verified billing email. Monthly and yearly access ends on the stated expiry unless renewed. Lifetime does not expire. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, share, or publicly distribute license keys.
- Do not bypass entitlement or device limits.
- Do not use the Software unlawfully or against Anthropic’s Claude.ai terms.
- Do not reverse engineer payment or entitlement checks for fraudulent access.
7. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Claude.ai is operated by Anthropic; we are an independent companion product. Chrome Web Store review decisions are controlled by Google and are not guaranteed by Fenwick Labs.
